For the best burn, trim your wick to ¼” before each use (not required on first use) and allow your candle to melt across the entire surface on the first burn to prevent tunneling. Burn in 3–4 hour intervals and never for more than 4 hours at a time. Always keep your candle on a heat-safe surface, away from drafts, pets, and children. Extinguish with care and allow the wax to fully cool before relighting. With proper care, your 100% soy wax candle will burn cleaner, longer, and more evenly.

For an even longer-lasting candle, avoid placing it near vents or open windows — drafts can cause uneven burning and wasted wax. If your flame ever flickers or mushrooms, trim the wick a little shorter before relighting. To preserve the scent throw, cover your candle with a lid or dust cover when not in use. If soot appears on the jar, simply wipe it clean with a damp cloth once cooled. And here’s a pro tip: a wick trimmer or even nail clippers make it easy to keep your wick at the perfect height every time.
